Yes I cant wait to be able to sleep on my stomach again. Lol I take so many showers and baths now because it relieves some of that tension and whatnot but then it just makes my skin even more dry, itchy and flaky. Couldn't tell you how much lotion I've gone through in the past couple weeks.

The physical therapist at the hospital fixed that for me. He pressed my hip
Bones out and kinda jiggled them like light vibration. Then pushed on some muscle by my crotch and pressed my leg all weird. Then did te same with a muscle in the outside of my butt. It worked immediately!!! I was fine te rest of my preg. And before that I was in awful pain. He said my pelvic bone was rotated and the muscles by my vag and butt were tight. I guess what he did released them. It was amazing.

It was a little akward. But not any diff than the things gynos do haha. Less invasive that's for sure   he was professional and told me what he was gonna do before hand and asked if I was comfortable with that.

that sounds awesome I do stretches for now. Like on my hands and knees with my knees as far apart as possible. And go down like squats. That seems to stretch those muscles and align my hips pretty well.
