re: housework vs sex

Eh, SO and I share household responsibilities, especially on my class days, since I'm a full time student and I need a bit of extra time to do classwork. I like that he helps, and we have sex 3-5 times a week. Soooooo... I respectfully disagree with this, lol.

SO would think it was hot if I came home looking like a grease monkey... especially since he, himself, is a grease monkey. I've never stuck to traditional gender roles.  

I totally disagree.

If DH would do more around the house, I would most definitely jump his bone.

I would do dirty things to my husband if he cleaned or did anything around the house. He doesn't do anything at all. It's all my job. He doesn't believe in gender roles. He just believes he doesn't have to do anything. If I actually had time to bathe everyday, I might be more inclined to invite him into my hoo-hah.

I'd be perfectly fine giving up those one or two sexual encounters a month in exchange for 68 hours less housework.

I broke my right foot back in October and then walked around on it for a month before going to the doctor (stupid, I know, but I really didn't think I broke it), so I ended up having to have surgery to rebreak it and put screws in on December 7th. I can't put any weight on it until February 12th. My house seriously looks awful. I keep trying to roll around and pick stuff up, but I can count on one hand the amount of times he has done dishes. Our door hinge broke, so instead of fixing it, he just took it off. He yells at me because our house is a mess, but it's kinda' hard to keep up with all of it on one foot and crutches. It's ridiculous. I can't wait to have both of my feet so we can live like humans again.

No one told OH and I about this! He was a SAHD (because he wanted to be and I'd had my turn!) for 4 years and we ended up with 4 kids in those 4 years  .
