Building up freezer supply

Stupid question, but if I want to build up my BM freezer supply, when should I pump? Before or after a feeding?

Pump for 10-15 min after two or three nursings a day, at the same times each day (preferably in the morning) and after two or three days you will see an increase in supply to put in the freezer.

Along if lo sleeps through the night wake up in the middle of the night and pump if you can.
