I'm failing to follow how noise and faking are related. If you have a healthy relationship, there should be communication and you wouldn't feel the need to fake it on either side. Noise during sex happens if you're really into it. Sex with a partner is not like a porno. If you feel like you have to put on a performance, you need to seriously evaluate your relationship. It sounds like you need to cut your losses and move on.
