Will anything help?

Im having horrible pelvic pain. Its constantly in my one leg, it hasnt gone away for 2 weeks. It feels like my bones are sore and grinding together. I work full time, so its not easy. Is there anything the doctors can do or anything I can do? I heard you can get your pelvic bone cracked. Help me please?

I have this but on both sides. At night when I'm getting up I have to make sure I'm not rolling over and up at the same time or they pop and grind together, and it's almost more scary than painful. There's really not much you can do. Work those out. I do stretches in the doggy style position ? LOL I don't know what to call them. Kind of like squats but on my hands and knees. And that helps for a little while. Hot baths and get a massage. Other wise just have to deal with it, it sucks. Drink a lot of water because a full bladder can make it worse, and it's a muscle thing so staying hydrated can help. Tylenol for pain.

^^^ This.. And I have a yoga ball I bounce on which oddly helps somehow lol.

Same idea as the stretches I do. Only you're working more with gravity than muscle control. I just don't have a ball

Lol I love my ball. I can sit and bounce and fold clothes or listen to music.
