lactose intolerant 1 year old :?

soo really really runny yellow poop. hes off of formula... `and has been on fresh millk for a while. but now hes pooping all sorts of nasty... hes going to the doc tomorrow. butt pleasee help me sleep a lil at ease tonight,,

For the first few months I switched DD over to cow's milk her poo smelled awful. Then she would get horribly stopped up if she didn't get Miralax every day. I switched her to Almond/Coconut milk and now she rarely has that issue
