She just turned 11 at the end of 2012.

She openly admits to being bi and has since about 9.5 yrs old, she is well informed on sex, since we learn it here in school in grade 4, which is 9 yrs old. There is no abuse going on at all, its just curiosty 100% we have known this child since the day she was born.

She is extremely mature for her age, like extremely mature. She looks and acts about 16 yrs old.

My friend was just curious how to handle it, it made her feelawkward.

Her mom is one to seem like an ah well person but deals with things when others are not there, like privately, she is a good mom to her kids.

Was curious how others would handle it.Cause if it were me watching her I amnot sure what I would have done honestly. lol

Same here. My kids are 4 and 10 and know what sex is, not all the details about it, but they know what it is etc......they learn grade 4 here too, but the kids here are 9 in grade 4. I taught my kids about it early on.

well ya...lol Imean what kid doesnt at that age? Kids go to school and have friends etc...most junior highs here are in the high school itself so from grade 6 and up they are with the kids from grade 9 to 12.

I can't recall how I old was, but before I was 10 I found a used condom outside. I brought my mother to it to ask her what is was and she sat me down to explain sex, very briefly. Penis, vagina, it's not okay for strangers to touch you there. I grew up in a crappy area so I think it was smart on my mother's end to make sure I had the knowledge to know what was okay and not okay. Even if we had not lived in the ghetto I believe it would have been wise for her to go over the basics with me at a young age.

Ya I did the sex talk with mine for the fact of teaching them whats appropriate and not etc.......My 10 yr oldknowsmore then my 4 yr old does, but she still knows the difference between a penis and a vagina, lol I think its important for kids to know at a young age for those reasons.

I can't blame them, I would too. Like I said, I'd just set up parental controls, block certain sites, or limit to certain sites if that happened to me. I'd never willingly allow my child or a friend's child to look at porn even though it was taken that way, lol.

Teen pregnancy rates are actually going DOWN.

And kids listen to their parents and older siblings and TV etc.

I knew about sex, oral, etc at 8-10. Just the basics, but enough.
We didn't have google back then. Or the Internet. Or cell phones/texting, but we all still knew what it was and talked about it.
