Late NT scan?

When I went to my last OB appointment the dr told me that they would do a NT scan at my next if I wanted. I never had one with DD so I wasn't sure what it entailed (I knew what it was for) so I just nodded my head.

Thing is, my next appointment is friday and I will be 15w 6d. It's my understanding that the test can't be done past 14 weeks. Would they still do it?

Has anyone had one that late? I'm not worried about getting the test, really, I'm just half hoping they'll do the US so I can get the tech to try and see the sex.   No big deal either way, just curious if they ever do them this late?

not sure about the testing... But I feel you with the ultrasound frustrations! I'm 17 weeks now and the Dr up here usually wait til 20weeks to do one... HELLO! lol. But the dr wrote my approval for an ultrasound before my next in office appt in four weeks and of course I made it for as soon as they could get me in, which is WEDNESDAY!   lol. If he didn't want me to jump right on it then he should know better than to dangle that in front of a pregnant mother!

awesome!   I got my anatomy scan scheduled for March 1st! Four weeks from now seems like forever, but I'm glad I've got a date to look forward to now.
