getting frustrated

I am so frustrated already. I have a torn meniscus, medial and lateral. The ortho cant do my surgery until march 21. On top of that over the weekend I did more damage to my knee and im on crutches now. Ortho told me I have to wait until march so basically im SOL. my daughter is having strabismus surgery tomorrow so im kinda nervous. I need to talk if anyone wants to. Idk what to do about my knee already. :'(
