Well whatever happens over there, he should have taken care of it before you were married and pregnant.
Over here driving offenses get fines and you get warrants issued for not paying the fine.

You do know that you too are breaking the law by aiding and abetting a wanted man.....

Where do your children go when/if you get arrested for that?

In my case it's my DH who always gets the tickets. Sigh. He always takes care of them though. At least we don't have income tax here!

With my warrant for my driving offense I felt blessed, they left off the fees for everything since I turned myself in and then even gave me a huge deal in court. My ticket could have cost more than 1,000 dollars but since I took the initative to be honest and turn myself in plus was already making payments on what happened they were like welp the lowest we can go is 600 and then the 50 dollar court cost. I wanted to give the states Attorney a huge hug! lol

Yeah, DH is the one with the issues too...he hadn't lived in TX for close to 5 years and when we came back, the DMV had an awesome welcome home gift for him lol he swears up and down he paid those tickets, I'm inclined to believe him because I know when I joined the Army my recruiter told me I needed to take care of any "unfinished business" with the law...but since he didn't have any proof and had been overseas clueless of his warrants, we just paid things and got it over with, but because of them time, we're still paying surcharges every year.

I know right? I was like I'm so sorry it took this long. Explained the single mom thing and not being able to work due to complications with Audrianna and that now I'm working and was ready to pay whatever I had to and do whatever I had to do to get it taken care of even if it was jail time every weekend. She was like here is the deal I'm gonna make with you, here is what the state will require just because its a stupid state law. The dude after me though had an offense for hitting a construction worker though 0__0. She wasn't so nice to him.
