EPO

Just ignore if you're going to be hateful. I just wanted to gain some knowledge on Evening Primrose oil. I'm not trying to induce as it doesn't induce you anyways. Just trying to see if it works so that if my dr ends up having to induce me I won't have to have an emergency c-section because my cervix won't dilate.  

Youre supposed to start it at around 35 weeks. I dont think it will do much in 2 days.

Seriously, just let your baby come when it's good and ready! you waited this long, it wont kill you to wait a little longer. If the Dr thinks you're overdue by too long they will induce!!!

Okay? You can go lnto labor at any time... You dont have to be dilated. ao if you dont think it will work Why take it?

Nobody is being bitchy you asked for opinions and you're getting them. No one is gonna couch for you to start your own labor.

I started taking it at 37 weeks. 2 in the vag. My water broke a week later at 38 weeks.. Worked great for me when I took it with red raspberry leaf tea. I was only in labor for 4 hours too. And I climbed a little mountain when I got sent home the day before my water broke.

Thank you. A helpful post. People don't understand I never said I was trying to induce...I'm just trying to make Things go smoother so if I go past my due date that it may help when they induce me to where I won't have to have an emergency c section. I appreciate your reply  

Yea I was overdue with my first and so I started at 37 not thinking it would work so fast.. I wasn't dilated at all either. Ignore negative people, they got nothing better to do than rain on other people's parades.

O for the vag part, best to do it before bed with a pad..it gets messy
