I feel all giddy

I had this guy that I have a crush on over tonight for dinner. I made chicken, potatoes, and a salad. I also bought him his favorite soda, and I brought dessert home from work.
We sat on the couch and watched TV, and then he had to go home.
He thanked me for dinner, and gave me a hug before he left.

I feel all giddy, and I couldn't stop blushing. He was smiling when he left and said he'd text me tomorrow.

I'm just really excited. Thought I'd share.

So cute! I remember being like that when my DH and I first started dating. I wish I could get that back....enjoy it while it lasts!!!!!

I miss that feeling.   First dates and crushes are so fun. My husband still makes me giddy, don't get me wrong... but it's just different now.
