Soreness after sex

So after 8 months my sex drive is returning, yay! However, now that we're finally having GOOD sex again I keep getting pains . Every time we have sex I'm in so much pain afterwards. No bleeding or anything. It feels a little crampy but there's no discernible beginning or end. Is this normal or should I bring it up at my next appoinment?
