Quoting xTJ:" <blockquote><b>Quoting DeanJade&Maksims Momma:</b>" <blockquote><b>Quoting ... [snip!] ... the Mother and Father did not want it and did not contest the paternity? Is there anywhere in the US you can legally do that?"
If im responsible for my son, because he is a minor, and child support was being asked, I would be able to request dna test. Then custody and visitation. I would have a lawyer on my sons behalf... and yes I can do that because as the presumed father, he has those rights to the child.
Because if I later found out the child was not his, I would not be able to recover any of the money that was given to the mother, because i did not exercise my right to a *DNA TEST****
Just because they can lay down and make a baby dose not automatically emancipate him from me... they are responsible for the baby, I am responsible for him till he is at least 18
