What does it mean, my doc in labor said I tore my band??

The only one I have heard about (because my hubby hurt his) is the IT band, it runs from the hip to knee on the outside of the leg. Maybe ask your doctor for clarification.

Lol I was pushing my son out so I didn't bother to ask, I was focused on other things lol

I know that at the entrance to my vag I feel a tightened sort of "band" I've always had. It has made sex very painful in the past and I already know its gonna tear when I give birth. Maybe you had something similar. It does sound like something tore though
