What time does/did your 3-4month old go to bed?

posted 30th Jan
I'm curious. DS use to be a night-rider but thats when SO and I were completely unaware that if a baby was tired he would not automatically fall asleep. We moved his bed time from between 10-11 to now between 6-7. The only thing is, now he added in an extra feeding in there.

It use to be sleep from
bath/book 10p
eat: 10:15-10:30
Sleep: 10:30p- 3:30a
eat: 3:30-4
Sleep: 4a-7a

And now its
Eat 5:30-5:45
bath, book 5:45-6:15
Eat 6:15-6:30 [in an attempt to clusterfeed]
Sleep: 6:30-10p
Eat: 10-10:30
Sleep: 10:30-1:30
Eat: 1:30-2
Sleep: 2-4:30
Eat: 4:30-5:00
(then he struggles to go down at five)
Sleep: 5:00/5:15-7a

Any suggestions? I honestly am at a sleep deprivation breaking point.

Sorry that this turned out so long.

TIA

At 3 months she was up all night. Literally I have logs from then from 10pm-9am she averaged 2 hours of sleep usually in 20 min increments.

My baby is 4.5 months old. She varies really. Normally she's down for the night between 7 & 8. Sometimes she falls asleep 5-6 an stays asleep.

Around that age he would wake up 2-3 X a night to eat still... but we got him down around 6pm I think and then he would be awake for the day around 6am. When he was up during the night we didn't play with him or anything... it was a diaper change and nursing/bottle then lights out and back in his crib.

Asher is BF and during the day, will only nap laying by himself for about 30-45minutes. But when he falls asleep after a feeding around 9ish, you can lay him down by himself and he sleeps for 3-4 hours before stirring around for a feeding. I get him full and he's back out. He wakes up for the day during the week (because of getting addison ready for prek) about 7:30. But then when we get back home, we go back to bed for a few hours. He turned 4 months yesterday.

When dd was first born she went to be for the whole night at 10pm, but once I worked out a routine at a few weeks old she went down between 7-8pm and slept till 9am.

At 3-4 months old it was the same, and now at 12 months (on monday) she still goes to bed between 7-8pm every night and sleeps the whole night.

If I remember correctly by like 5-6 months he was only waking up once then by the time he was at one feed it would be at like 4 in the morning, then 4:40 then 5 and by that time I was sure he didn't NEED to be eating then anymore so we waited until 6am to get him and feed him and after only one or two nights he got the picture.
