3 month old, question

My DD will be 3 months old in a couple of days. She has been teething now for about the last month. She's had some trouble with reflux before but not for the past couple of weeks. Today she has spit up 3 times and barely has an appetite. She doesn't have a fever and doesn't seem to feel bad. Does this sound normal. I'm worried that she's going to get dehydrated by not drinking enough and spitting up what she does drink. What should I do?
