Is your son growing properly? If so then its not a problem. Breast milk is much more watery looking than formula.

This! The watery clear stuff is colostrum which is clear or yellowish and then turns progressively more white as your milk comes in a couple days after LO is born.

Oh my mistake.   OP might be having supply issues if she's nursing while pregnant. /shrug There's always a mix of watery stuff and fat though. If OP's pumping, the fat floats to the top and the 'watery' stuff sinks to the bottom.
