If I had to label it, yes I would. It's bi SEXual. So if they're having any kind of sex with men and women then it's bi-sexual.

I'd say if they considered themselves bisexual, then they are. I think sexuality is something that is best self-labeled.

Just a thought, why are men who don't want to be in relationships with women considered straight then? I mean, they're sexually attracted to women, but they don't want a serious commitment. Their sexuality is based on who they are sexually attracted to, not on whether or not they want to have a committed relationship or who they'd want one with.

Yes they are bisexual. If a woman is having sex with lots of men and is only attracted to men but just doesn't commit or want a relationship with one she is still heterosexual.
