Valentines Day dinner. *help*

posted 30th Jan
DH loves the typical southern comfort food so I want to make something that fits into that category. I'm thinking ribs...cooked in the oven. I'm a cooking noob but I have enough confidence in myself to try pretty much anything because when I do cook I love it. So much fun. Anyways...can't you choose between beef and pork ribs? Which is better? And are there different types of "cuts;" which should I get? Do you have any awesome marinade recipes???

Also, should I make twice baked potatoes, or potato salad?? And spicy mac n cheese or baked beans???

TIA ladies!! any suggestions and tips are greatly appreciated!
Side note: Neither of us like onions, tomatoes, or mushrooms

I'm not really sure yet...gonna wing it lol. Chili's has this new side called Southwest Mac n cheese and it was soooooo good. Super cheesy. I know it had jalapenos and some kind of crumble in it.

I like boneless pork ribs better. I soak them
In Dales seasoning, then take them out, add seasonings of your desire, and cook in the over on about 350 covered with foil in A1 marinade. I leave them in until they fall apart.
