OP that's good, I hope u guys make it work without the negativity, if only a few people in ur fam have a problem with u being with a black guy, then I would cut them out and focus on my relationship and child...

You said that your mum had problems with prescription drug abuse and that your step Dad is currently having issues as well.
It sounds like they are no longer together? I hope this is the case because if your mum is still with him, is she strong enough to avoid the pull?

Congrats on your baby. I have a mixed baby too. people will get over it and if not they are not worth being in the life of your daughter or you. its becoming more common now.
