what signs has she shown?

one day out of the blue dd told me she had to potty she's been potty trained for a month now. (she's 2 1/2)

we started by introducing it and letting get sit in it and she took it from there

She will sit on her potty and she knows to pull her pants and everything down before sitting on it (she can do that on her own). And she isn't peeing here and there all the time basically like she did when she was smaller, that was one thing her pedi told me to watch for because it meant she could control her bladder more. And she hates being in a wet/dirty diaper, if I don't notice it as soon as she pee's or poops, she will take her diaper off herself. She just hasn't actually pee'd or pooped in the potty yet. I take her to the bathroom with me almost every time though.

DS started hiding when he had to poop. So we started with getting him to poop on the toilet. He will be 2 on Sunday and he has been going at it for 3 months. He is starting to tell me when he has to pee but in general I still have to take him because he gets to engrossed in what ever he is doing to want to get up and go to the potty.

I am not pushing him to be potty trained because it will happen when he is ready but any few diapers I don't need to use makes me happy 

I wish I could help but my oldest(almost 4) has a disability that causes her to be delayed and she still cannot tell me when she needs to go. Our middle child will be 2 in a month and isn't talking much either so it'll probably be a while for her as well  .

From what I know if they show interest and can tell or show you that they need to go you can give it a try.

how would you feel about putting her in panties during the day already?

My son is 2 tomorrow too!  

He has been showing signs like touching his diaper before he has to pee, and if I ask him if he needs to go potty, he says yes and runs to the bathroom while attempting to pull his pants down... he says potty if he thinks he needs to go, things like that.

you could try the "3 day potty training" book that I have. it's an ebook. If you PM me with your email address, I can email it to you. it's a booklet, so it's only 40 pages. Even if you don't use it exactly, it will give you some ideas.
