relocating

I have had full parenting time my DD does not see her father its been 2 years the last time he has seen her.
I am looking into moving out of state I know that it has to be court approved before I can move her.
I am just curious as to 1
) how long it will take
2) will it be denied / on what means will they not allow it?
3) if you have done this did the other party try to get any time with the child? after you brought up the move?1

There is a no contact order between the father and myself so we have no contact at all my DD sees his father a couple times every few months.

do you have a custody aggreement? if you dont you can move wherever you want to. unless he files for custody before you move.

Yes we went to court last year he didnt even show up.

if you do have a custody agreement you have to find out if its ok for you to move
