I make hats for babies and his head in inches is about 14 and that is usually the size I make for 0-3 months

But, if he's just naturally small all over, I wouldn't stress it. My 1st had a tiny head.

I just had a look in my daughters book, when she was born her head was on the 0.4% line and its been growing good and steady and now she's between the 9th and 25% line at almost 6months. 40.6cms
It sounds scary because its the head and that's where the brain is, but I'm sure everything will be fine

Oh this happened to my cousins baby and Someone else i Know.. I'm not 100% sure what was going on with my cousins baby but he had an operation, it's was quite quick and not major, he was about 3 months old. He's over one now and perfectly fine. The other persons baby didn't need an op.
sounds like they've caught it early so with the scan and monitoring he may not need anything to correct it.

that sounds really small to me however my daughter was born with a 37cm head circumference. they said that she has the 2nd largest head they had ever seen on a newborn lol but if he is just small all over i wouldn't worry too much. has his head size steadily increased?
