bh or real contractions?

I will be 40 weeks in 2 days. Ab 9am I used the restroom and had some bloody show. My back has been killing me. I have been having what I think are contractions since then. They have gotten closer and stronger. They are ab 4-6 mins apart right now. And have been for a while. Idk.if its real or not though. I have had one other time where they were pretty close like this but didn't really hurt and only lasted ab an hour. I don't want my husband to take off work early for a false alarm. What do you guys think? Do they sound like real contractions or bh? Sometimes they start in my back and works their way around. Feels like strong period cramps. I know that I will really hurt later but these def hurt worse than any other bh I have had. I just worry that I will.get up to the hospital and they will stop all together and my husband will have taken off work for nothing!!

Call your hubby and go to the hospital. You are full term so it's incredibly likely that you are in labor especially if you had your bloody show. It's time girlfriend.

Sounds like the real thing momma! If they have been hurting since 9am and have gotten closer together, it's definitely time to head to L&D. Especially since they are 4-6 min apart. Good luck!

Sounds like they're real to me...   I got my bloody show one morning, went into labor that night. Since they are getting stronger and closer together and they don't feel like your other BH it sounds like you could be in labor!
