Valentines card wording...Help :/

We started making Valentines day cards that we will be mailing to family and I have gotten as far as using the kid's thumb prints to make "love bugs" on the inside of the card.


WHAT NOW?!?! I want to have something cute as a rhyme or saying but I cannot think of anything.

I don't know what to do for the front of it either   I should have thought it through before making 15 of them but oh well. Ha.

Also would like something saying that a love bug is missing (step daughter won't be here until March   )

I am completely at a loss. I was thinking about the ladybug story and following suit but anyone else have an awesome idea? TIA

Ten little ladybugs would be the story I am talking about. lol

"You've been smitten by and bitten by our little love bugs! Happy Valentines Day!"

And maybe just paint one extra little lady bug for your little babe that isn't there yet. I would keep it simple  

ETA- my best friend did something similar for their christmas cards, thumbprints turned into reindeer, and she just made them one sided on nice card stock. It turned out so sweet!
