Made mashed taters with Almond milk?
How did they turn out?
I'm debating on making mashed or just peeling and cutting them up and cooking them with the pot roast????

isnt Almond milk more sweet? That would be gross with potatoes and would throw off the flavor for me.

For pot roast I would just cut them up and cook them with it.

You can buy it unsweetened. I think it would be good, personally.

Yeah for pot roast I would cut up potatoes and carrots and cook them with it.

yeah, it suggested carrots, celery and onions to put in with it.
I'll put the taters in with it too then, it won't take hopefully take too long for those to cook.
