unable to change babies picture on post

I was changing the picture of the baby on the weekly updates often . Now I'm having a boy and the picture is stuck with a princess crown and diamonds . Anybody else having this problem or know a solution. I tried to cancle updates and reactivate but the picture is still stuck . The other icons are coming up to change the apperance , but when I click on them nothing happens.
