Today is the worst day...

I went in for my 15 week appt this morning. The doctor couldn't find the heartbeat on the Doppler so they moved me over to the ultrasound room. I was excited and hoping we could take a little peek at what the baby is
As soon as she showed it up on the screen I knew something was wrong.. It wasn't moving at all and there was no flicker. She turned the screen away and left to go get my doctor. No heartbeat. No movement. The baby measured 12 weeks 6 days, and I'm 15 weeks.
We tried 2 years for this. I'm so heartbroken and scared of the d & c.

My partner had the same thing happen to her march 2011 she was supposed to be 11 weeks but there was no hb and baby measured 7 weeks we were heartbroken. She was scared of the d and c so went home 2 days later she almost bled to death and ended up needing it anyway. I recall her saying after that she should have got it in the first place as the blood loss from.before made her really anemic and ill for 2 months. Sorry for ur loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know sorry doesn't fix it but I'm sure you will have your rainbow baby soon.
