I quit the first time I tried it. It's been a lot easier this time to stay on track. Probably because I'm so desperate to be down to my pre-kids weight by summer. Hah.

How long did it take you to drop the 17lbs in your avi? Were you doing this routine?

No I wasn't doing this routine. I was doing the 30DS and walking a lot. I also started clean eating. I dropped the 17lbs in two months but then I got stuck. I'm still stuck

Aww.   Is it just the number on the scale? Maybe yous gettin' strrrong.

Yeah, that's it. DH and I went on vacation for a week and I went completely off my diet to enjoy all of the food. I gained 2lbs but lost it but had a hard time getting back on my eating cycle. It's been about a month to get back to NO junk food. I started to really struggle but now that I'm back on it fully, I am weight training a lot. It'll come off eventually.

I was stuck for MONTHS then one day it decided that it was going to melt off. You will get to where you want to go. I know you will.

I have been sweating my ass off at the gym lately. I FEEL a difference but I do a lot of weights so I suppose that's a part of it too.
