At all of our parties we have chicken salad sandwiches on party rolls. I have a three tiered platter. They are a family favorite. I get asked to make them all the time.

That sounds delicous.!

Doesn't a lot pf it depend on the time? We're doing 1-3 so we don't need to feed people and are just doing snacks and nibbles.
