waist cincher

So I bought this waist cincher called the squeem as i had diastatis with my last pregnancy and was worried it would be worse with my second so im 3 weeks 2 days pp. the day after i delivered i weighed 154 i am now down to 130. I do watch my portions and snack mostly through out the day. I have slipped a few times on McDonalds but.i feel like I'm doing well. I also walk at least fifteen min a day. Not much but im just getting over mastitis as well. But today my waist cincher finally fits! So excited.you can deff tell the difference with it off and on and i really hope it helps heal my muscles properly this time

I think your weight loss is amazing! Where did you get your waist cincher from? I might order one for after this baby is born.

Thank you   i just edited and added pics but I'm on my phone so could only post links. I ordered it online give me a sec ill post the link. But they say to get a size bigger as they run small and they DO im glad I got the size bigger.

Lol yeah! Thanks, i think i have tried to get it on every day and today i finally got it on and it's actually pretty comfortable. It feels like a corset.
