That is where you should start. Find a site online that will allow you to at least get what your calorie count should be for the day and go from there.

A banana and a yogurt possibly come to 100 calories....you should be consuming between 300 and 400 calories at breakfast.

I'm just so desperate.. DS is 13months old and since I was 6weeks PP I tried.to lose weight. Other people it just falls off them but not me .. i'm just ready to look good again.

It is amazing  
I thought the same as you, how everyone loses weight so easy except for me and whatnot. But then I realized I had been trying in the wrong ways. Its not so much about eating less, its about eating healthier to fuel your body in the right way. And exercising is a huge thing. Instead of doing squats and stuff, just try a ton of cardio for like the first month. Once you start losing the weight then you can start trying to tone up and build muscle. I did an hour of cardio a day, 4-5 days a week. And I also agree that my fitness pal would be good for you. I didn't like it at first, but then I realized it was really helping me. So yeah. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months, in a very healthy way. And ive kept most of it off through this half of my pregnancy. So if you want to ask me anything or just talk you can pm me or whatever. Im not a guru but I feel like im decently knowledgable.

I know you didn't like My Fitness Pal, but try and find something like that.

You need to figure out what you are eating and where your calories are coming from...For me, I discovered:
I wasn't eating enough food during the day;
I was drinking my calories;
I was eating way too late because I hadn't eaten enough during the day and it was wreaking havoc on my metabolism.

Making these small changes has allowed me to lose 11 lbs in 3 weeks.
