When will it end??

DD and DS spent the night with their dad Monday night so that I could go to class the next day. I ended up getting asked to pick them up earlier than I had anticipated because they were both 'sick' as he had said. DS is only teething so in my eyes him being cranky and everything was completely normal. I got there gave him some infants advil and he was fine.. DD on the other hand was complaining her belly hurt, and I was told once I got there that she had had diarrhea all day. I live 45 minutes to an hour away from BD so of course both kids fell asleep on the way home. They both stayed asleep for a good 3 hours before waking up again. DD said she was hungry, so yes at 9 o'clock at night I got her something to eat because I was told that she had not eat all day. It took until midnight to get them both back asleep for the night and around 4 a.m. she woke up puking her guts out again! I only say again because she spent the first four days last week doing the same thing every morning. She had spend the entire weekend with her daddy and was then sick when she got home. And then again only spending one night with him and she is sick again.

I am not entirely concerned because with me, she is still eating, and she is still drinking plenty of fluids. Not to mention she only pukes one to two times each day. Definitely not enough for me to worry about her getting dehydrated. But it is enough for me to wonder what could be causing it.
