What do you think about this? Someone on my facebook posted this and some of the comments people posted shocked me a little bit.

The big difference is that we are a Country where People matter and we don't shoot or arrest people for immigrating into our Country; legally or illegally.. Immigrants created this Country and the Indigenous People of this Country sacrificed so much, as did African Slaves and Revolutionary War heroes, Civil War heroes, WWI and WWII heroes, as well as women for 390 years to make our Country the best place to live. We are a very evolved people here in the United States; we don't turn our backs on people because they are poor, unhealthy, uneducated or because they don't have citizenship. I remember when we Americans could get a rate of 2.3 oir 3% on a credit or a loan but now since the screwed up our system we have more luck trying to have a male elephant fuc* a female spider monkey and have the small spider monkey have successful elephant babies. They dont pay taxes but get to go to our colleges for free? Problem there? I think so! we have Soldiers that cant even get fully covered schooling because they were wounded and didnt serve a solid 4 years of active duty! also we have other american soldiers that suffer from strong PTSD disorders and they dont get fully taken care of! IF YOU AGREE WITH THAT POSTER THEN YOU SHOULD RETHINK WHERE YOU LIVE THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NOT THE CAPITAL OF FREE TAXES WE FIGHT FOR OUR FREEDOM NOT FOR OTHER COUNTRIES WE HAVE BATTLED TO COME HERE FOR THE SAME !"

So what is your opinion on this subject? What do you think about the comments people made on it? I pretty much agree with the girls cousin.

The cousin is an idiot and all illegal immigrants need to GO!!!! I agree with the boyfriend.

If you want to live and benefit from this country, then EARN IT, just like we have to. Why should they live better than me? I have to pay taxes, etc so if you want to live in this country so should you. I'm open to immigrants, as long as they do it the legal way and "pay the same price we have to".

Yeah that is why I don't get involved in them LOL.

I agree that our borders should be more protected and more secured, but I am just asking for anyone and everyone not to think I share the same views as the "Boyfriend" who commented.

There is nothing wrong with LEGAL immigration. There is nothing wrong with people who come here for a better life. The only thing I ask is they do it the legal way. This country is suppose to be about finding a better opportunity anyways.

Though, the slavery comment kind of made me chuckle. Yes, it was Lincoln who freed the slaves but, at the same time we were the ones who enslaved them in the first place. (I know a little off topic).

I have several friends who recently became citizens, they worked very hard & put a lot of money into making it happen. I know that they feel very outraged over illegal immigration when they worked so hard to become a citizen. I have compassion for those who want to get here so badly they'll hide, or sneak in. It makes me wonder what conditions they're coming from that they're willing to take those steps.

However, I think we should enforce our laws. But I think we need to figure out something else, because whatever we're doing now simply is not working. I am not comfortable with using tax money to go to illegal immigrants for any reason.

IF they don't have it good then why do they stay? They get free living, medical care, education, and in most cases money from the government for "starting a business". They don't pay taxes but still get paid a paycheck.

I remember watching the news a few years back (When I lived in AZ), and they were covering a story on how much it costs in taxpayers to deport illegal immigrants. I think the number was $500.00 a head. The media was able to ride on the plane, but was not allowed to get off the plane once it landed.

On the plane they interviewed one man and asked him what he plans to do when he gets off the plane. His response was somewhere along the lines of making his way back into America.

Yeah I think the part that gets me is I can't help but wonder what their living conditions were and all of that. But I do agree that we need to change something to make things work.

I think this was a stupid fight to have on Facebook. Most illegal immigrants do pay income taxes. But because they are doing it with fake ssn they do not get any of it back like an American citizen. They also don't get insurance or other benefits. I think it's disgusting that people think a human being should be shot or given a prison sentence for trying to come to America. I thought we were a country that stood for freedom.
