Eww..

So this was my second day at the gym and I was doing fine with my interval training and already felt an improvement from yesterday. Then a heavy set guy probably twice my weight came in and started using the treadmill next to me. He started doing interval training too but was doing a lot more intense interval workout. Well I decided since he's a good amount bigger than me and he can run pretty fast I decided to just copy his training and run while he ran and walked when he did at the same speed he chose. Well make a short story long I ended up throwing up as I was walking out of the cardio room. I had to keep it in my mouth until I got to the restroom so no one would notice. Eww it was gross!! So piece of advice never forget to cool down after a cardio workout. Don't just stop suddenly or you might just vomit

My mother (paramedic) has gotten multiple calls for people that stopped cardio machines and prompty passed out in the middle of the gym.

Oh man I hope I never pass out. I don't get it though because I was at the recommended heart rate for my weight and age. I didn't really feel like I was over doing it.
