Is the switch located close to him? If its near your laundry room just make it look like you are about to do some laundry. He will be to busy yelling at the tv to catch you lol.

As someone who has been down this road, well to some extent (gaming side of it)...the way I cured that one was pointing out things that DS did to get HIS attention. My SO won't even turn on his games until after DS goes to bed now...and then we usually play together.

Hope things get better...it's no fun being in your position! And Nathaniel'sMom has a great idea, BUT that could easily piss him off more so if you do it, BE CAREFUL!
