Doing a lot of cardio can actually cause you to hold weight on vs lose it.

It's a lot to do with portion size too. They say 5 small meals a day is better than 3 big meals. Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, as it kick starts your metabolism. Also, you should have your last meal around 5:30pm. You burn fat while you sleep... but if you eat late at night, your body will just work to burn off that food, instead of regular fat. Anyway... I heard 30 minutes a day will keep you healthy... but if you want to lose weight, you need to do at least an hour a day?

They say you should get an hour of exercise a day, but I work out 5 days a week. I'm a dancer so I have to to keep my body in shape. Salad & water are the keys to losing weight, along with exercising too of course lol. that "running out of healthy food excuse" is dumb af! Stop buying so much junk food and buy more healthy stuff instead and you won't run out lol:p Good luck

Clean eating is the way to go. You will always get conflicting answers with a post like this but the most beneficial thing you can do for your body is clean eating. At least 30 minutes of cardio a day is necessary for a healthy lifestyle but at least an hour a few times a week for fat burning. Interval training is crucial to keeping you body guessing and burning more calories.
People think if you burn more calories than you eat, you'll lose weight. This is NOT true. It isn't necessarily about the calories you eat but what kinds of calories they are. You should still be conscious of your calorie intake but don't avoid eating when hungry to stay within your calorie range.
Message me if you ever have any questions. You'll usually see a lot of posts by me in Weight loss & fitness.
