worst thing that happened was I was out with my daughter and some guy told me I looked like this girl melodee he knew ( melodee rose was the name I picked) I told him I wasn't ... then there was a time my brothers friends told me they watched me one night but got mad because I kept going private(where the good money is) I wouldn't strip unless it was a club far away from home

I would still do it while i'm with my SO if it came down to it and we needed money. I know alot of strippers irl,so that would help me feel more comfortable in the place. OP you should give it a try if that's what you want to do. Take some pole dancing classes before.

Yep. A great friend of mine is a dancer & she makes enough money to where she has to work 3-4 times a week. Thats it. & She gets to spend the rest of her time with her son when she isn't at school.

If I had the body then sure, my husband told me the only way he would be comfortable with me doing it is if he's one of the bouncers and many places have turned him down because of his background and army training so I don't see me becoming a stripper any time soon lol he has had many friends that were strippers while he was stationed in NC and my sisters best friend is a bartender at one here, they have both taught me not to be so quick to judge strippers because I used to think it was beyond degrading. Some strip clubs have some really nasty girls that just do it for drug and alcohol money, but there is also some really great nice ones too. If you are a single mom just trying to take care of your child, you do what you need to do in order to take care of him/her, so if stripping is an option for you that will bring in money, then take the opportunity!!
