wth?

DD has been sick all last wk. her fever broke today. she's been awake twice since 8 (it's after 10) since she woke up about 20 mins ago, she's been hyperventilating off and on like she's terrified of something. can't put her down, screamed while trying to change her diaper (she's only a little red and i put resinol on her). right no she's sitting in her carseat next to MIL and seems content (still hyperventilating off and on though). should i be worried?

she's 8 months. been tested twice for RSV and its neg. it wasn't like struggling to breath, more like freaking out. she seems fine now.
