If you have refridgerated or frozen dough or rolls that are not cooked already I'm sure I could find you one. If you want homemade cinnamon rolls you are SOL. I make them often. They are yeast based and take at least a few hours from start to finish. Making them isn't hard, it's just the dough is time consuming with having to rise twice.

This isn't going to appeal to everyone, but you can make biscuit dough, then roll it out to maybe 1/2" or so thick, cover it with butter, brown sugar (or dark corn syrup), and cinnamon, then roll it into a log, slice, and bake.
The biscuit dough is a little unconventional, but you generally just need a few ingredients and it's good if you have an immediate need for cinnamon rolls.
