best meal ever, my belly feels amazing

Threw together the BEST meal ever. I made a spicy andouille, gorgonzola, and beet hash with sweet peppers, onions and garlic. I served it with two fried eggs. Smurfing amazing...

Sounds gross, but I don't know what the first thing is and to me, eggs are strictly breakfast.

i have no idea what half of those things are... but i bet i'd eat it and think it was delicious. lol.
