I think it looks cute, but given a choice, I liked before. You looked younger with the before haircut.

I feel like it's too poofy, therefore making it look unprofessionally choppy. Do you straighten your hair? Or is that just left naturally?

I don't mean to sound rude, but my hair was like that before and I hated it   They messed up my layers and I was pissed.

Add some purple. Will give it a little edge.

I don't think this looks like mom hair, it looks edgy to me.
Mom hair to me is the hair that Kate from Kate plus 8 (before she lost all the weight and got extensions).
However, I think your before hair looked better on you.

It doesn't look terrible but, it does looks like they tried to put in TOO many layers/chop... the texture doesn't look as healthy as it did before :/

pfft seriously it looks fine, it's nice. A bit of product and some colour on the tips would funk it up a little but it is edgy already. People will criticize anything for kicks.
