Weight loss while pregnant??

I am in the middle of still trying to lose weight but DH and I have decided to TTC our third. I am still losing weight and wanted to know if its okay to keep losing while pregnant?
I was 170 when I got pregnant with DS and gained waaay too much weight.
At 5mo PP I was still 190 and right now I dunno what I am but I think I am around 180. I have been cutting my intake and running.
I just want to be sure I can lose SAFELY while pregnant

It's perfectly safe, to exercise during pregnancy... as well as healthy eating of course... if you have extra weight to begin with and stay super healthy, you can definitely lose weight. Just do the right thing... don't go about it in a way that you are doing some silly diet, or depriving yourself of food... and you will be fine.

I would think as long as you arent limiting you food intake as long it its healthy things like fresh fruits and veggies nuts and things like that that it would be fine.
I have been following a women on facebook with her "raw vegan pregnancy" she went from a 3x to a Lx by just switching to a %50 raw &50 vegan diet and staying active.

I lost eight pounds in the beginning. Its safe. Doc just said I wouldn't gain much durring this pregnancy, but now that Im on limited bedrest it might change..

As long as you're losing it by eating a healthy diet and some exercise I see no reason why you couldn't still lose weight.
I lost weight in the 2nd trimester of this pregnancy because I finally decided to cut out soda from my diet and my OB was perfectly fine with that.

It's fine to lose weight. I would personally focus on maintaining, because during pregnancy, if you're not gaining, you're losing even if you don't lose right then. My cousin didn't gain anything (she was already heavier). When she had her son and all the fluids left her body she was almost 20 pounds down from pre-pregnancy anyway.

Maintaining is what I'm focusing on, too! Losing is a bonus. My doctor is always like "I see pregnancy as being able to give unwanted weight to someone else."
