Due August 10th....

Hey mamas. Im due August 10th with my first baby... a girl. I have had 3 different due dates tho, so im not real sure when she will be here.

Usualy the first due date they give you at your first u/s is supposed to be more accurate than the other due dates given...

when i first found out I was pregnant the health dep said my due date was 8/8/08... my first u/s to measure the baby i was 11 weeks, that changed the dd to 8/14/08 and my last u/s to find out the sex of the baby changed the dd to 8/10/08. they are all right there together, so who knows. between my fam and my bf's fam there are 5 ppl who have b-days around my due dates. My dads b-day is the 10th, id really like to have her then.

You know, by that time she'll come whenever she wants to! lol, When I first found out I was pregnant they told me my due date was around July 23rd, and when I switched doctors and had my first ultra sound there they changed my due date to August 2nd! I figure she'll come when she's ready, lol. Just make sure you're prepared!

I love the name you picked out, by the way! My niece's name is Addison! It's very pretty

thanks.. the more i hear the name Addyson, the less i like it.. but other days, i absolutely love it. Its the only name that my bf like that i thought was even kinda cute. He likes it b/c he is a BIG grays anotomy fan and his fav person on there was the red-headed doc from the 1st season and her name was Addyson. Since we decided on that name, I'm starting to see how popular it is. I wanted Catherine for her, its older and classy sounding to me.

I do like Catherine, but then you have to put into consieration that a lot of people (maybe even her!) are going to shorten it to Cathy!!

And I feel the same way!! I love the name Madilyn, I picked it out the day I found out I was pregnant and the more and more other people say it the more I hate it, it's really annoying!! I just have to remember I still love it no matter what! Keep up updated!

Hey Ladies, I orginally had july butit changed to Aug. 8th, closer everyday!

My due date keeps changing too. My first one was aug. 29th, then aug 22nd, and my ultrasound to find out the sex made it aug.18th.
And they keep telling me he's going to be a big baby..not small by any means. Which of coourse, kinda has me freaking out since this is my first child and his daddy was a 10lb baby!
Now instead of telling people I'm 30 weeks along I say I have 10 weeks to go, which again, has me freaking out a lil cuz I feel so unprepared!

i was orginally due August 21st, after my first ultra sound my due date changed to August 19th like 2 days was a big difference. I took Maternity pictures about 3 weeks ago and again last weekend they are soooo cute. I will share soon!!!!! Oh yea no one thinks I'm going to make it to August because of how big my belly is. They same she's going to come sometime in July but I want her to wait at least until after my baby shower on July 20th! Please!!!!!!

I asked my OB if I should go by the sonographer's due date and he said no to stick with the original one based on the first day of my last period...so I dunno.

i hear you about your due date geting changed..the health department told me aug 20.. then my first doc appt they changed it to sept 2nd.. then my first u/s they changed it again to aug 24.. and now my last u/s they now said its sept 3. so i looked at the ultrasoun this last night.. and they measured him and i put my due date at the amount of weeks he measured.. my docs are retarded i tell you

Hey ....im due August 23rd with my first baby (im having a girl also) and theyve changed my due date 3 times too. First it was july 29th then it was September 2nd and then when i went in for my ultrasound and they measured her they finally decided on August 23rd its been really frustrating....but i figure the baby will come when she wants to regardless of what any of the drs say. we just have to try to be patient. I dont think theres any surefire way of being able to tell the exact day. They tried to tell me i was already 8 weeks pregnant the first time i went in because of my last period and i knew that wasnt right. The day that i got a positive test was december 19th (and it was very light )and i took one 3 days before that and it was negative so there was noway i was already 8 weeks at that time. sometimes i think the drs have no idea what they are talking about.

I completely understand.. I never had regular peroids, it was perfectly normal for me to miss a month sometimes even 2. So i definately didn't think i was pregnant. It was a routine every couple of months.. I miss longer than i thought i should, take a perg test.. it would be negative, id start the next day. I started tellin my bf's mom that my sugar kept dropping from me not eating right, and she said she thought i was pregnant... so in order to prove her wrong, i took 2 pregnancy test.. they came back very light, but positive.... still didn't believe it, so got up the next morning and took 2 more... they were as positive as can be.... I guess its true, momma alwas knows, even if its not your momma.
