Yep. Every once in a while is fine.

I wouldn't, personally. It puts you at high risk for UTI's, as well.

I used to do it whenever my period would end and I never had a UTI or any type of infection.

I heard the other day on here to put Apple Vinegar mixed with water and pour it over slowly in the shower. I have yet to try it yet.

I wouldnt douche.

I used to do it after my period too and had never had any infections. I stopped completely when I was informed of it not being good, but I figured a 'once in a blue moon' wouldn't be too bad.

My ob always said that it was ok here and there like once a month after my period ended .. I never had any issues with doing so ... it can't pregnant and shouldn't make a habbit of doing so but I don't see how once a month could hurt .. atleast it never did me !

yeah burns alil I guess you get use to it, you use rubbing alcohol water tea tree oil and a douche mix it and it is the best douche I have ever used never had any infection issues for years since I started doing it.. do not even need to measure anymore but there are measurements first timers should follow
