Quoting Devil's Advocate:" Were you the one who told me about it this morning? I found a program called the same thing on Pintrest and started at week two. I have 114 days to get ready."No i wasn't the one but it's awesome!
Quoting MamaJulia:" No i wasn't the one but it's awesome!"
Quoting Nathaniel'sMom:" Congrats! Was it hard?"It wasn't really hard and this is coming from a person who could not run 2 minutes straight. It starts out slow and each week increases time intervals between walking and jogging. I literally hadn't 'worked out' in at least 8 years. I was NEVER a runner. I just can't believe i can run now. Once it gets to like week 5 i started doubting myself and i even felt like quitting but i just kept telling myself i could do it and to my shock i did it. If i can do it anyone can LITERALLY!
Quoting Mrs.Rachael +2:" Agreed, it is awesome! I am on week 2 day 3 tonight"Seriously awesome i'm so excited to be running and more importantly i feel healthy. I really want to keep up running at least 3 times if not 4 times a week.
Quoting Devil's Advocate:" Oh ok, I have never heard about it until today when someone came into my thread about my first 5k and told me about it. This is the second time today I've heard about this "It's a sing you should totally try it
Quoting Mrs.Rachael +2:" <blockquote><b>Quoting MamaJulia:</b>" Seriously awesome i'm so excited to be running ... [snip!] ... outside. It definitely kicks my ass (I was 247 lbs when I started it) but it feels great to see what I am actually capable of"Keep going and great job! You have to start somewhere right? My step dad started working out and felt really discouraged i told him he was doing more then the person laying on the couch
Quoting Lara +2:" Awesome!! I'm on week 4 I think It's making me begin to love running!!!"
