Can someone help me with a clomid question?

I started my clomid on CD 3. As per my doctor's instructions.

I was bleeding heavy on CD1, 2 and 3. Then today (CD 4) my period is gone.

I've taken clomid before but only on days 5-9. Is it normal for my period to just stop?

Should I continue the clomid? I called my drs office but they are horrible about getting back to me and are closed next week.

Usually they have to take it on days 5-9 unless you haven't had your period het

They gave it to me mid cycle last month and told me to wait until CD 3 to take it. They said CD 3 would give me more eggs, while doing it CD 5 would give me better quality eggs. Since I am young (27) they said egg quality isn't an issue.

I'm not much help,I took it 1 cycle and didn't even ovulate  
And I'm 21
