Sex 2.5 weeks PP

I know a lot of ladies say that they didn't get their sex drive back for a while after giving birth but I got mine back a little bit too soon! I'm going crazy and I just had my baby on the 11th and i'm already wanting to go at it. It sucks knowing I still have about 3 and a half weeks to go.....ugh.

Did anyone else just say smurf it and do it before the 6 weeks was up? I know it's too soon right now but I really don't know if i'm gonna be able to make it the whole 6 weeks, especially because Adam is having so much fun teasing me. He is such a butthole...lol

Like the next day, seriously. Hehe.

My sex drive was freaking crazy after LO was born. I stopped bleeding at 3 weeks PP, and LO was 4 weeks old last Saturday. I had sex last night though, and it was fricken amazing!!!

I had an insane sex drive a couple weeks after... but considering I didn't want to get an infection or anything, I waited the 6 weeks.

I got mine back quick... actually it never went away. But that being said, the reason you should wait is to heal, because you are more prone to infection as your cervix is still open, and because you're more fertile after birth (probably because of all the hormones and the open cervix).

You can do other things... I just wouldn't have straight up sex until you're cleared.

I did it 2 weeks PP nearly died, literally.
Wasn't worth it, to be in the back of an ambulance and them try to get you to stop bleeding.

You may feel healed on the outside but the inside is still healing.

I heard as long as you stopped bleeding and take it easy it's perfectly okay because everyone heals differently.

I waited less then 2 weeks before i did it... Maybe like a week & a half. But i was dumb and didn't know the risks, i won't be doing that again! The sex was still pretty good considering : )

I don't know what day exactly it might have been 2 or 3. I'm a freak.

I waited 6 weeks. It was awful. Yep.
Considering *warning* my clit ripped in half.
Worst pain on my life.
Uhm, 2 years PP it still makes me cringe thinking about it.

We waited 6 weeks after the first was born. We had to substitute with other ways to take care of our needs. The second was 9 days old when DH deployed, so there wasn't an option there. My sex drive came back almost instantly after birth too, which made it all hard to deal with lol.

I wouldn't and haven't risked it before at least the 6 week mark and my sex drive never goes away never mind coming back after birth. Lol we did other stuff starting around 4 weeks pp but nothing that involved penetration.
