Hello I have a question about replacing a Graco infant carse

I have this really good idea, I am trying to make a little money so I was thinking of totally replacing the car seats I have. The cover and canopy, they have never been in an accident nice shape I just want to make them pretty  I would like to do this at the lowest cost I can possibly find, everywhere I have looked they are at least $60.
Do any of you crafty mamas know where the bargains are online? i am checking ebay as well but nothing has popped out to me yet. Thanks for looking 

Are you talking about replacing the covers with homemade or after market ones?
No, you can't do that, it's dangerous, and it voids your warranty.

Agreed. Not only that they wouldn't be flame retardant. You can buy new covers from Graco

You can NOT replace the covers with aftermarket ones.

Well good luck with that. I would never buy a used carseat, especially off Craigslist. If it was spruced up it would send up more red flags that the person selling it is hiding something.

Give it to a friend or get rid of it. Don't waste money to try & sell something worth almost nothing.
